Skill & APAT
Had 3 skill cashes in a row yesterday at Bugsy's Club to give myself a little cushion in second place and close the gap to fairy_ring who hasn't played after reaching a hard to beat score of 1924.68.
My peformance in later games yesterday was hampered by the fact that I read a 52 page thread in one go on Blode Poker regarding the Amateur Poker Association & Tour (APAT).
Gave back some skill points as a result but today I've had 2 skill cashes so far to keep me going. Not bothered that I haven't won a skill tourney in a long time as I was expecting it since changing my strategy in these games.
Below is the Tuesday evening Skill Leaderboard (since posting it I've played a few unfocused games which will make me drop points):

Bugsy's Club Top 20 Skill Players
The Amateur Poker Association & Tour (APAT) is holding its inaugural live event, the English Amateur Poker Championship next month and I hope to be one of the 120 players that will compete. Recently, I applied to a poker company for sponsorship/turn professional but was rejected (their loss! lol) - maybe becoming English Amateur Poker Champion will pave the way.
